in my opinion this report highlights many of the concerns we have already spoken about together.....

• noise and hours of operation
• traffic, including road issues, entrances, movements along Majors Creek Road and also through Braidwood
• tailings dam issues...including possible overflow etc
• dust
• groundwater, water quality and quantity....affect upon the watertable and aquifer...
• affect upon the visual amenity of the locality including site lighting during the night

have all been included in Council's document but i feel do not adequately address the concerns of the residnets of Majors Creek, Araluen and Braidwood......
